TeleTherapy (Virtual Sessions) are beneficial for those who can not make it into the office for various reasons.  Covid 19 was the catalyst the prompted health insurance companies to approve payment for telehealth services, although the clinicians at Compass have been providing telehealth for close to 10 years. We are happy that more people now have access to mental health services.
